Spade to Spoon

Spade to Spoon is our Sunny Point Café version of “garden to table.” Immediately next to our restaurant and bakery we have a large kitchen garden where we grow a wide variety of produce, herbs and flowers to provide our chefs with the freshest of ingredients. Our kitchen garden serves as an example of productive urban land use, is educational and satisfying not only for the Sunny Point Café gang of employees, but for our lovely patrons from near and far, and the community of West Asheville itself. Growing local and organic produce is ecologically sound and aesthetically pleasing. Please take a walk through our garden next time you visit and see for yourself.
